Payments must be made through the payment options provided on the platform. A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment transaction has been successfully completed. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All bookings made through the Platform are considered final. Once a booking has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or rescheduled under any circumstances. No refunds will be provided for puja bookings for any reason. Users are advised to carefully review all booking details before proceeding with payment.

User Obligations

Force Majeure

Lingara Services are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures, weather, etc. or pandemics.
